The joy of Christ

What is the Joy of Christ? His joy and glory was doing the will of God and looking ahead to the joy and glory of eternity with His Father and His followers. If that is the Joy of Jesus shouldn’t that also be our joy. I have found out that my best times in life are the times that I find myself in the middle of God’s will. When we seek to do God’s will it is then that we start to notice a fulfillment in life.

Scriptures for Application

Hebrews 12:2 This verse is loaded with exhortation; we are exhorted to keep our eyes on Jesus. Notice also that it was joy for Jesus to go to the cross, why? Doing the will of God!!!

Action: Praise God for the joy He has given you. Ask Him to help you to do His will.
